做好碳达峰、碳中和工作是交通运输领域当前和今后一段时期的一项重要任务,也是“十四五”时期推进交通强国建设的重点领域。本文围绕“碳达峰与碳中和”目标,提出交通运输行业要牢牢把握相关要求,从制度安排、运输服务、创新驱动、基础统计等多个方面推动交通运输转型发展,为确保碳达峰和碳中和目标顺利实现贡献交通力量。

Achieving carbon emissions peak and carbon neutrality is a critical task in the field of transportation not only for present but for the future.It is also one of the most crucial components in the program of'Building National Strength in Transportation'strategy during Chinese 14th Five-Year-Plan period.Aiming at achieving peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060,the transportation sector shall firmly grasps the relevant requirements,ad-vancing the transformation and development of transport from multiple aspects such as institutional arrangements,transport services,innovation-driven and basic statistics,to offer strong support from the field of transport for the achievement of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality.
