重庆市共享电单车现状分析及管理对策探究

Analysis of the Status Quo of Shared Motorcycles and Exploration of Management Countermeasures-Taking Chongqing as an Example

由于共享电单车投放数量较多且存在安全隐患、监管不到位等问题,对城市交通以及行业发展都产生了负效应。为解决共享电单车出行问题并对其实施精准对策,本文从共享电单车发展的国家政策、行业标准的发展态势入手,探讨共享电单车发展现状,结合重庆市渝北区交通现状条件,通过实地调查踏勘,研究共享电单车发展中存在的问题,并根据重庆市渝北区整体情况有针对性的提出改善建议。

Due to the large number of shared motorcycles,potential safety hazards,and inadequate supervision and other issues,it has had a negative effect on the development of urban transportation and the industry.In order to solve the problem of shared motorcycle travel and implement precise countermeasures,this article starts with the development trend of national policies and industry standards for the development of shared motorcycles,discusses the development status of shared motorcycles,and combines the current conditions of traffic in Yubei District,Chongqing City.Through field surveys,this article studied the problems existing in the development of shared motorcycles,and make targeted improvement suggestions based on the overall situation of Yubei District,Chongqing.
