高寒地区隧道衬砌防火保温装饰设计

摘要 高寒地区隧道隧道衬砌因低温冰冻作用发生衬砌开裂等多种病害,危及行车安全并导致频繁维修。本项目以实体隧道工程为依托,采用防火、保温、装饰相结合的方法,提出了采用聚氨酯保温隔热层加防火板的内装设计方案,可有效保护隧道二衬的混凝土层不受极端气候的影响而发生粉化脱落,20 mm厚度保温效果可以达到60 mm厚的无机纤维喷涂保温效果,并且在有火势的情况下形成隔热层,防止钢筋混凝土在火灾中迅速升温而降低强度。经测试,聚氨酯保温隔热层不仅能起到防火、隔热、防止垮塌的作用,且经久耐用,可提供至少25年的保用期从而保证隧道的安全,延长使用寿命。 Tunnel linings in highcold areas suffer from various diseases such as lining cracking due to lowtemperature freezing,which endangers driving safety and leads to frequent maintenance.Relying on the physical tunnel project,this project adopts the method of combining fire protection,heat preservation and decoration,and proposes an interior design scheme using polyurethane heat preservation and heat insulation layer plus fire protection board,which can effectively protect the concrete layer of the second lining of the tunnel from extreme weather.The effect of pulverization and fall off occurs.The thermal insulation effect of 20 mm thickness can reach the thermal insulation effect of 60 mm thick inorganic fiber spraying.In addition,a thermal insulation layer is formed in the event of a fire to prevent the reinforced concrete from heating up rapidly in a fire and reducing its strength.After testing,the polyurethane thermal insulation layer can not only play the role of fire prevention,heat insulation,and collapse prevention,but also be durable.It can provide at least a 25year warranty to ensure the safety of the tunnel and prolong the service life.
