Q690钢管混凝土真型杆试验研究

Full-scale test analysis for concrete-filled Q690 steel tubular monopoles

摘要 Z1钢管杆为采用Q690钢管混凝土的真型杆,杆全高30.6 m。在90°大风工况下对其进行荷载试验,试验结果表明:使用Q690钢管混凝土,能够满足输电线路钢管杆的设计要求,同时可降低造价,建议在输电线路工程中试点应用。对钢管、法兰和螺栓进行应变测量,分析其受力规律;对钢管的断口进行电镜扫描,分析外层钢管的破坏机理。结果表明:加劲肋与法兰交汇处应力较大,法兰盘根部应力较小;钢材在厚度方向产生应变而变形,且变形受到混凝土约束时,有可能在厚度方向产生层状撕裂。 The Z1 monopole,30.6 m in height,and made of concrete-filled Q690 steel tubular,is a full-scale testing monopole.The testing results show that application of the concrete-filled Q690 steel tubular in transmission monopole design cannot only meet the requirement of design code,but reduces the cost of the transmission monopoles.It is therefore recommended to use it through pilot projects.In addition,the strain of tubular,flange and bolts is measured during the full-scale test and the fractures of tubular are analyzed by SEM.It is showed that the stress of junction of flange and stiffening plate is larger than that of flange edge.Lamellar tearing may occurs in steel plates when the deform of plate is limited by the concrete.
