装配式混凝土塔筒预制构件脱模工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 以某实际装配式混凝土塔筒项目为例,针对生产过程中存在的预制构件传统型腔侧模刚度低、易扭转变形和钢筋与模具卡紧造成脱模困难等问题,先后对模具进行了3次改进,并进行现场试验,结果表明:钢块型腔模具,解决了侧模刚度低、易产生扭转变形的问题,但是对脱模困难没有明显改善;钢块型腔的基础上增加一层橡胶,利用橡胶的弹性改善脱模时构件与模具的卡紧问题,在短期内橡胶包钢块确实可以降低脱模的难度,但需要经常更换橡胶层,后期维护工作量大;传统的尼龙型腔模具进行分段处理,分段后的侧模具刚度增大、扭转变形减小,模具与钢筋卡扣作用减小,同时使用缓凝剂后,降低构件与模具接触面黏结力,使得脱模效率提高33%,建议在大批量生产时采用该方案进行施工。 In a prefabricated concrete tower actual project as an example,in view of the existing in the production process of prefabricated traditional cavity mould low rigidity,torsion deformation and reinforced with mould clamping difficulties demoulding problem,successively three improvements were made to the mold,and carries on the field test of each scheme.The test results show that the steel block cavity mould,solved the lateral stiffness modulus low,easy to produce reverse deformation problem,but no effect of demoulding difficulty;A layer of rubber is added to the steel block cavity to improve the clamping problem of components and molds during demoulding by using the elasticity of rubber.In a short period of time,the rubber-coated steel block can indeed reduce the difficulty of demoulding,but the rubber layer needs to be replaced frequently,and the later maintenance workload is large.After the traditional nylon cavity mold is treated in sections,the rigidity of the side mold increases,the torsional deformation decreases,and the role of the mold and the reinforcing steel buckle decreases.After the use of retarder,the bonding force between the component and the mold contact surface is reduced,so as to increase the mold release efficiency by 33%.It is suggested to use this scheme in mass production.
