摘要
针对电镀行业含镍废水达标排放的迫切需求,以常规电镀镍、化学镀镍、锌镍合金镀镍三种典型工艺产生的废水为对象,对含镍废水回收利用的难点和技术特点进行了总结。实现镍离子和水在电镀工艺上的回用或资源化,对于含镍废水污染的控制具有重要意义。
In order to meet the urgent demand of nickel wastewater discharge in electroplating industry,the difficulties and technical characteristics of nickel wastewater recovery and utilization were summarized by taking the wastewater produced by conventional nickel plating,chemical nickel plating and zinc nickel alloy nickel plating as the example.It is of great significance for in-situ recycle or resource utilization of nickel ions and water in the electroplating production line for the control of nickel wastewater pollution.
