摘要
采用不同织物的活性碳纤维吸附法处理含铬、镍、铜电镀废水。本文研究了单轴向、双轴向、多轴向活性碳纤维对电镀废水的渗透率及对金属离子的去除率。结果表明:当电解时间为30 min时,不同织物结构的活性碳纤维对铬离子、铜离子、镍离子去除率效果最好。双轴向活性碳纤维对电镀废水中的金属离子去除率最高,去除率达到95.92%。
The electroplating wastewater containing chromium,nickel and copper was treated by adsorption of activated carbon fiber(ACF)with different fabrics.The permeability of uniaxial,biaxial and multi-axial activated carbon fibers to electroplating wastewater and the removal rate of metal ions were studied in this paper.The results showed that when the electrolysis time was 30 min,the ACF with different fabric structures had the best removal efficiency of chromium ions,copper ions and nickel ions.The removal rate of metal ions in electroplating wastewater by biaxial ACF was the highest,and the removal rate could reach 95.92%.
