摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法建立莪术油乳膏含量测定方法。方法色谱柱采用安捷伦(Agilent)TC-C 18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长:216 nm,柱温25℃,流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),进样量10μL。结果莪术二酮、莪术醇、吉马酮、β-榄香烯4种挥发油线性关系良好(r≥0.9989),平均加样回收率≥93.67%。结论该方法简便快捷,适用于莪术油乳膏定量分析。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for determination the main active components of zedoary turmeric oil cream.Methods The column was Agilent TC-C 18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)at the temperature of 25℃.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water by gradient elution in the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1) with the detection wavelength of 216 nm.The injection volume was 10μL.Results The four compounds,curdione,curcumenol,germacrone,andβ-elemene,were well separated with good linear correlations(r≥0.9989).The average recoveries of four compounds were≥93.67%.Conclusion The HPLC method was simple,rapid and suitable for the quantitative analysis of zedoary turmeric oil cream.
