高质量处置问题线索,是纪检监察机关履行监督执纪问责和监督调查处置的重要内容。从思想政治工作角度探寻巡视整改中的“人事因制”与纪检监察工作中问题线索处置之间的共通性,并将问题线索适用“人事因制”置于法律视野之下,运用法治思维对问题线索进行逻辑分析、事实研判,既有效提高问题线索的分析研判质量,更满足法治国家的价值需求。

High-quality handling clues in a case is an essential part of discipline inspection and supervision agency′s performance of supervision,discipline accountability and supervision of investigation and disposal.From ideological and political perspective,in this article we explore the commonality between people,events,causes,and regulations as whole in the inspection rectification,and handling clues in a case in discipline inspection and supervision work.Moreover,we argue that the application in a case to people,events,causes,and system as whole should be placed under the view of laws.With legal thinking,we should logically analyze cases and discriminate facts.By doing so,we will not only effectively improve the quality of analysis and judgement of clues in a case,but also satisfy the value needs of a country under the rule of law.
