摘要 为测定高原特色植物抑制杂草的效果,采用实验室生物检测法对5种高原特色植物种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响进行研究。结果表明,5种高原特色植物的水浸提液对2种杂草种子的萌发以及幼苗生长都有一定的抑制作用,且随着质量浓度增大,影响作用加大。其中草木樨的水浸提液在质量浓度为5 mg·mL^(-1)以上时,对2种杂草种子的萌发抑制率、根长抑制率、芽长抑制率均达到了100%。因此,可以将草木樨作为开发植物源农药的重点候选对象。 To determine the weed-inhibited effect of characteristic plateau plants, the effects of seed germination and seedling growth of five characteristic plateau plants were studied by biological detection method in laboratory. The results showed that the water extracts of five plateau plants had a certain inhibitory effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of the two kinds of weed seeds, and the effect increased with the increase of the mass concentration. And, the inhibition rates of seed germination, root length and bud length of the two kinds of weed seeds reached 100% while the concentration Mellilotus officinalis water extract was above 5 mg·mL^(-1). Therefore, the M. officinalis could be regarded as a key candidate for the development of botanical pesticides.
