摘要
目的:研究藏药喜玛拉雅紫茉莉的化学成分。方法:综合运用正相硅胶色谱、反向ODS柱色谱等分离技术,对喜马拉雅紫茉莉甲醇提取物的化学成分进行提取、分离;通过理化性质和波谱数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从喜马拉雅紫茉莉的甲醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:二十三烷酸(1)、Mirabija⁃loneA(2)、BoeravinoneC(3)、MirabijaloneH(4)、MirabijaloneI(5)、Abronione(6)。结论:其中,化合物4、5为新化合物,化合物1、2、4~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Tibetan medicine Mirabilis himalaica.Methods:The compounds of the methanol extract of Mirabilis himalaica roots were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods,such as silica gel and reversed-phase ODS.The physicochemical properties and spectral datum were used to identify their structures.Results:Six com-pounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Mirabilis himalaica roots,and identified as tricosane(1),mirabijalone A(2),boeravi-none C(3),mirabijalone H(4),mirabijalone I(5),abronione(6),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 4 and 5 are new compounds,compounds 1,2,4 to 6 are isolated from Mirabilis himalaica roots for the first time.
