海南产益智种质资源表型多样性及其与环境因子相关性研究

Phenotypic Diversity of Germplasm Resources of Alpinia oxyphylla and itsCorrelation with Environmental Factors in Hainan Province

目的:探讨海南产益智种质资源的遗传多样性及其与环境因子的相关性。方法:对海南4市县9居群43份益智种质资源24个表型性状进行变异性、相关性、主成分和聚类分析,重点分析不同益智种质各表型性状与环境因子之间的相关性。结果:24个表型性状的变异系数范围为6.48%~55.12%,各性状之间存在非常复杂的相关性,前7个主成分累计方差贡献率达到76.029%,在欧氏距离13.0时可将供试材料分为7个类群,表型性状与经度、纬度、海拔、荫蔽度4个环境因子呈极显著相关。结论:所选海南产益智种质资源具有丰富的遗传变异,环境因子对各表型具有显著影响,该研究结果为益智新品种选育和高效栽培提供了参考依据。

Objective:To explore the genetic diversity of germplasm resources of Alpinia oxyphyla in Hainan and its correlation with environmental factors.Methods:The variability,correlation,principal components and cluster analysis of twenty-four phenotypic characters of forty-three Alpinia oxyphylla germplasm resources in 9 populations of 4 cities and counties in Hainan were carried out.The correlation between phenotypic traits and environmental factors of different germplasm resources of Alpinia oxyphylla was emphatically analyzed.Results:The cofficient of variation of twenty-four phenotypic characters were from 6.48%to 55.12%,there was a very com-plex correlation between traits.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the first seven principal components reached 76.029%.At the euclidean distance of 13.0,the tested materials could be divided into 7 groups,the phenotypic traits were significantly correlated with four environmental factors,namely longitude,latitude,altitude and shade degree.Conclusion:The germplasm resources of Alpinia oxyphylla in Hainan are rich in genetic variation,the environmental factors have significant influences on each phenotype.The results of this study provide a reference for the breeding and efcient cultivation of new cultivars Alpinia oxyphylla.
