摘要
产教融合是新时代高等院校时尚创新设计人才培养的重要途径。以浙江理工大学服装学院设计人才孵化系统的构建与教学实践为例,探讨了市场需求驱动下的时尚创新设计类人才培养模式重构和教学改革。教学改革实践表明:通过课程重构、以项目为驱动、以实践为手段、创新设计团队进驻企业实战训练等方式进行产教融合,构建"项目+企业+孵化+反哺"时尚创新设计人才孵化系统,能够优化时尚创新设计人才培养模式,实现理论教学与实践教学结合、创新创业教育共生的校企联合培养,形成人才培育和孵化的良性循环和可持续发展,为高校输出与企业输入艺术类专业创新设计人才/团队的"双赢"赋能。
The integration of production and education is an important way to cultivate fashion and innovative talents in colleges and universities in the new era.This article has taken the construction of the talent training incubation system,combined with teaching practice of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University as an example,to discuss the reconstruction of the talent training model of fashion innovative design and the teaching reform driven by market demand in the new era.The teaching reform has shown that,the combination of production and education conducted through the reproduction of courses,driven by practice and taking practice as means,as well as the innovative design team stationing in enterprises practical project-based training,the"project+enterprise+incubation+feedback"system for fashion innovative design talentsis established and it can optimize the training mode.At the same time,the combination of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,innovation and entrepreneurship education can be realized in the joint cultivation,forming a virtuous circle and sustainable development of talent cultivation and incubation,enabling the"win-win"situation of universities’output of graduates,as well as the enterprises’input of innovative design talents/teams majored in arts.
