摘要 为了研究横隔板对箱形梁应力的影响,根据实际工程,在Ansys有限元软件的基础上对36 t起重机主梁(即箱形梁)进行偏载受力分析。文中针对起重机箱形梁在偏心载荷作用下产生的扭转和畸变形变,通过设置横隔板可有效抑制此类变形,防止过大的局部应力。在横隔板数量和位置不同的情况下,对各工况模型施加偏心载荷和运用载荷分解法求得的对称载荷、扭转载荷和畸变载荷,分析各横隔板在不同载荷作用下的相应应力。计算结果表明:设置数量较少的横隔板,可大大降低箱形梁在偏心载荷下的畸变效应,也可显著提高抗扭刚度。这类有悬臂的箱形梁采用等间距布置横隔板更有利于抵抗扭转和畸变效应。 In order to study the influence of transverse partition on the stress of box girder,based on Ansys finite element software,the eccentric load force of the main girder(i.e.box girder)of 36 t crane in an actual project was analyzed.Considering the torsion and distortion deformation of box girder under eccentric load,the transverse partition can effectively restrain such deformation and prevent excessive local stress.Under different numbers and positions of transverse partitions,eccentric loads were applied to the model under different working conditions,and symmetrical loads,torsional loads and distortion loads were obtained by load decomposition method,and the corresponding stresses of transverse partitions under different loads were analyzed.Calculation results show that the distortion effect of box girder under eccentric load can be greatly reduced and the torsional stiffness can be significantly improved by setting fewer transverse partitions.For this kind of box girder with cantilever,the effect of torsion and distortion can be restrained better by arranging transverse partitions at equal intervals.
