摘要
组织培养是火龙果(Hylocereus undatus)快速繁育的有效途径。本试验以火龙果幼嫩茎作为材料,研究不同激素配比对其不定芽诱导的影响、不同激素配比对其不定芽增殖的影响,筛选火龙果快速繁殖适宜培养基,建立火龙果再生体系。结果表明,MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L培养基为最佳不定芽诱导培养基,MS+6-BA 6.0 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L培养基为最佳不定芽增殖培养基,MS+NAA 0.9 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.9 mg/L培养基适于火龙果生根培养。
Tissue culture is an efficient way for rapid propagation of Hylocereus undatus.In this experiment,the immature stems of Hylocereus undatus was used as experimental material to study the effects of different hormone ratios on the adventitious bud induction and the effects of different hormone ratios on the adventitious bud proliferation,so as to screen the suitable medium for rapid propagation of Hylocereus undatus and establish the regeneration system of Hylocereus undatus.The results showed that MS+6-BA 5.0 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L was the best medium for induction of adventitious buds,MS+6-BA 6.0 mg/L+NAA 0.08 mg/L was the optimum medium for proliferation of adventitious buds,MS+NAA 0.9 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+IAA 0.9 mg/L was suitable for the rooting culture of Hylocereus undatus.
