土壤有机质测定方法的改进与探索

Improvement and Exploration of Soil Organic Matter Determination Method

以3个国标土样和7个随机土样为试验材料,比较了沸水加热法和油浴加热法对土壤有机质测定的影响。结果表明,采用2种加热方法测定的国标土样中有机质含量均符合国标认定值,7个随机土样的有机质含量标准偏差、变异系数均无显著差异,数值精密度良好。

With 3 national standard soil samples and 7 random soil samples as test materials,the effects of boiling water heating method and oil bath heating method on the determination of soil organic matter were compared.The results showed that the organic matter content of the national standard soil samples measured by the two heating methods were in line with the national standard certified value,and the organic matter content standard deviation and variation coefficient of the seven random soil samples had no significant difference,and the numerical precision was good.
