增殖细胞核抗原与喉鳞状细胞癌发病及预后相关的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the relationship between proliferating cell nuclear antigen and the incidence and prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma

目的综合评价增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)与喉鳞状细胞癌(laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,LSCC)发病及临床预后的相关性。方法全面检索Pubmed、Web of science、Embase、Cochrane Library、知网、万方等数据库上发表的PCNA与喉鳞癌发病、预后相关的研究,应用Stata 12.0统计软件对各研究原始数据进行统计分析。结果Meta分析结果显示:PCNA的过度表达与喉鳞癌的发病(OR=13.22,95%CI为8.00~21.85,P<0.0001)相关,同时也与肿瘤临床病理特征包括淋巴结转移(OR=5.71,95%CI为3.77~8.64,P<0.0001)、临床分期(OR=4.32,95%CI为3.04~6.14,P<0.0001)、组织分化程度(OR=5.89,95%CI为4.02~8.61,P<0.0001)密切相关。结论PCNA的过度表达与喉鳞癌的发病及病理特征密切相关,PCNA的表达越高,喉鳞癌患者的预后越差。

Objective To investigate the relationship between proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and the incidence and prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Methods A comprehensive search was conducted for studies published in PubMed,Web of science,Embase,Cochrane Library,VIP,CNKI and Wanfang on the correlation between PCNA and the incidence and prognosis of laryngeal cancer,and statistical analysis was conducted on the original data of each study using Stata 12.0 statistical software.Results Meta-analysis showed that:The overexpression of PCNA is closely related to the incidence of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(OR=13.22,95%CI 8.00~21.85,P<0.0001),as well as the clinicopathological features of the tumor,including lymph-node-metastasis(OR=5.71,95%CI 3.77~8.64,P<0.0001),clinical stage(OR=4.32,95%CI 3.04~6.14,P<0.0001),degree of tissue differentiation(OR=5.89,95%CI 4.02~8.61,P<0.0001).Conclusion The overexpression of PCNA is closely related to the pathogenesis and pathological characteristics of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.The higher expression of PCNA indicated the worse prognosis.
