摘要
分别采用0.21、3、6mm的玻璃纤维对PC/ABS(聚碳酸酯/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯共聚物)合金材料进行改性,考察了改性后合金材料的性能变化趋势。结果发现:玻璃纤维长度越短,其对PC/ABS合金流动性影响越小;0.21mm的玻璃纤维,不能很好地在合金中产生网状连接,3~6mm的玻璃纤维可聚集在一起,便于形成网状连接,对合金材料力学性能、热性能等改善的幅度更大。
The PC/ABS (polycarbonate/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer) alloy material was modified with 0.21,3,6 mm glass fibers respectively.The performance change trends of the modified alloy materials were investigated.The results show that the shorter length of glass fiber has little effect on the fluidity of PC/ABS alloy,the 2.1 mm galss fiber can not form good network connection in the alloy,the 3~6 mm glass fiber can be gathered together to faciliate the formation of the network connection,and the improvement extent on the mechanical performance and thermal performance,etc.of the alloy materials is more significant.
