平行双螺杆技术在改性双基推进剂产品研制中的应用

摘要 针对改性双基推进剂在单螺杆挤压工艺中易发生"倒料""打滑"等加工安全问题,在分析双螺杆技术特点及国内外关于火炸药研制、生产和综合应用的基础上,重点就平行双螺杆技术在某低黏度改性双基推进剂产品研制中的安全应用进行了研究,结果表明其综合工艺重现性较好。最后指出了双螺杆技术面临的主要问题,并提出了改进建议。 Aiming at the processing safety problems of the modified double-base propellant such as easy to pour and slip in the single screw extrusion process,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the twin screw technique and the development,production,comprehensive application of the propellant and explosive at home and abroad,the safety application of the parallel twin screw technique in the product development of a low viscosity modified double-base propellant was investigated.The results show that the comprehensive process has good reproducibility.Finally,the main facing problems of twin screw technique are pointed out,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.
