23.4%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂高效液相色谱分析

Determination of Mandipropamid 23.4% SC by HPLC

[目的]建立一种检测23.4%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂中有效成分的高效液相色谱分析方法。[方法]采用C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(体积比70∶30)为流动相,220 nm为检测波长,外标法定量。[结果]方法相关系数r为1,平均回收率为98.1%,标准偏差为0.29,变异系数为1.2%。[结论]该方法操作简便、线性关系良好、具有较高的精密度和准确度,符合23.4%双炔酰菌胺悬浮剂中有效成分的定量分析的要求。

[Aims] This study aims to establish a HPLC method for determinating effective elements content of mandipropamid 23.4% SC. [Methods] The sample was analyzed with C18 column, the mobile phase is the mixture of methanol and water(70∶30, by vol) at 220 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient was 1, the average recovery was 98.1%, the standard deviation was 0.29 and the variation coefficient was 1.2%. [Conclusions] The method meets quantitative analysis of the effective components in mandipropamid 23.4% SC and operates simply and has a good linear relationship and high precision and accuracy.
