4种诱抗剂诱导烟草抗叶枯病的效果 被引量:5

The Effect of 4 Kinds of Inducers in Inducing Tobacco Resistance to Leaf Blight

摘要 [目的]探明水杨酸、赤·吲乙·芸苔、香菇多糖和氨基寡糖素诱导烟草抗叶枯病的效果。[方法]采用盆栽试验的方法。[结果]水杨酸诱导10 d抗病效果最好,为51.07%;赤·吲乙·芸苔诱导20 d抗病效果最佳,达57.31%;赤·吲乙·芸苔和氨基寡糖素能有效促进烟株生长;水杨酸在感病初期显著提高烟叶POD、SOD活性;赤·吲乙·芸苔和氨基寡糖素显著提高烟叶蛋白质含量,降低其细胞膜损伤程度,在发病中后期POD、SOD和CAT活性较高。[结论]0.136 mg/L赤·吲乙·芸苔和100 mg/L氨基寡糖素诱抗效果较好。 [Aims] This study aims to investigate the resistance of tobacco against Pseudomonas fulva induced by salicylic acid, gibberellin·heteroauxin·brassinolide, lentinan and amino-oligosaccharide. [Methods] The indoor pot experiment was used. [Results] The resistance of tobacco treated with salicylic acid for 10 days was the best with 51.07%. The best resistance of gibberellin·heteroauxin·brassinolide reached 57.31% after 20 days of induction.Amino-oligosaccharide and gibberellin·heteroauxin·brassinolide can effectively promote the growth of tobacco. The activity of POD and SOD in tobacco leaves significantly increased at the early stage when treated with salicylic acid.Treatment with gibberellin·heteroauxin·brassinolide and amino-oligosaccharide could significantly increase the protein content of tobacco leaves, reduce the degree of cell membrane damage, and the activities of POD, SOD and CAT were higher in the middle and late stage of pathogen infection. [Conclusions] Gibberellin·heteroauxin·brassinolide 0.136 mg/L and amino-oligosaccharide 100 mg/L had better induced resistance.
