摘要
及时、准确的海上环境信息是船舶安全航行的重要保障。随着海上交通日益繁忙,当前以海图等航海图书资料为主的静态化信息获取方式已不能满足船舶航海需求,给船舶安全带来潜在威胁。将地理信息服务应用于航海,依靠现代化数字通信技术,建立一种实时动态、基于位置、按需服务的地理信息服务运行体系。测试结果表明,地理信息服务技术可以满足现代化航海中对动态变化的海上安全信息的需求,能帮助提高船员效率和船舶航行的安全性。
Timely and accurate marine environment information is an important guarantee for the safe navigation of ships.With the increasingly busy maritime traffic,the current static information acquisition methods based on nautical chart and other nautical books and materials are unable to meet the navigation needs of ships,bringing potential threats to the safety of ships. We apply geographic information service to navigation,and we establish a real-time dynamic,location-based,on-demand geographic information service operation system relying on modern digital communication technology. The test results show that geographic information service technology can meet the demand for dynamic and maritime safety information in modern navigation,and it can help improve crew efficiency and the safety of ship navigation.
