考虑源荷协调的输电网络鲁棒优化调度模型 被引量:1

摘要 由于需求侧响应的负荷无法做到与传统同步发电机在时间尺度上具有一样的输出特性,本文针对此问题提出一种考虑源荷协调的输电网络鲁棒优化调度模型。首先,根据输网运行中源荷波动所导致的运行风险,建立可再生能源出力不确定模型;并考虑可控负荷无法进行实时响应,建立需求侧响应不确定性模型。其次,将建立的运行风险模型与鲁棒模型结合,通过求解鲁棒模型动态地调整风电不确定集合的边界,实现运行成本和运行风险的协同优化。最后以东北某地输电网络系统为算例进行分析,验证所提模型的有效性,使源荷更好地匹配从而降低系统运行风险。 In view of such issue that response load at the demand side has no way to have the same output feature as the traditional synchronous generator on the time scale,a kind of robust optimal scheduling model of transmission network considering source-load coordination is proposed in this paper.First,the uncertainty model of renewable energy output is set up in accordance with the operation risk due to source load fluctuations in the operation of the transmission network.The uncertainty model of response of the demand side is set up considering that the controllable load has no way to perform real time response.Then,the established operation risk model is combined with the robust model and the boundary of the wind power uncertainty set is dynamically adjusted by solving the robust model so to realize the collaborative optimization of operation cost and operation risk.Finally,a power transmission network system in a certain place in the Northeast is analyzed as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model,so that the source and load can be better matched and the system operation risk is thus reduced.
