摘要 随着智慧医疗的发展和医疗规模的不断扩大,医疗领域逐渐步入大数据时代,共享医疗数据可以提高医疗服务质量并且降低其成本.但由于目前的电子医疗记录(Electronic Medical Record,EMR)的共享基本都基于中心式存储和共享方式,容易造成单点攻击和用户信息泄露等缺陷.为了解决这些问题,我们提出了一种基于联盟区块链的电子医疗记录安全共享模型(SMCB:A Safe Sharing Model for Electronic Medical Records based on Consortium Blockchain),简称为SMCB.在该方案中,利用联盟区块链的去中心化,患者可以自行管理自己的EMR,无需可信第三方机构.基于环签名的特性,用户之间可以在完全匿名和不需要群管理员的情况下决定是否对某查询用户进行EMR的共享. With the development of smart medical care and the continuous expansion of medical scale,the medical field has gradually entered the era of big data.Sharing medical data can improve the quality of medical services and reduce their costs.However,since the current electronic medical record sharing is basically based on a centralized storage and sharing method,it is easy to cause defects such as single-point attacks and user information leakage.In order to solve these problems,we propose an electronic medical record sharing model based on ring signatures on the alliance blockchain,referred to as RSCB.In this solution,using the decentralization of the alliance blockchain,patients can manage their own EMR without a trusted third party.Based on the characteristics of ring signatures,users can decide whether to share EMR with a certain inquiring user under the condition of complete anonymity and no need for group administrators.
