直流电炉安全运行及煤气回收并网设计

摘要 根据直流电弧炉操作要点及煤气特性,研发、选择适宜的DC炉微正压操作工艺及煤气并网回收工艺,设置负压回流系统确保DC炉单炉安全高效生产,并利用安全回收系统达到多炉生产煤气并网回收的目标。 Research and develop while selecting the suitable operation technology to the micro-positive pressure of the DC EAF(direct current electric arc furnace)and the recovery process of the parallel in coal gas based on the operation key points of the DC EAF and the character of the coal gas.Set return-flow systems under negative pressure in order to ensure each DC furnace yields safely and effectively.Besides,achieve the target of multi-furnace gas production and the parallel in coal gas recovery by making use of safety recovery systems.
