As the construction based on the policy of the“Belt and Road”Initiative brings more new opportunities for“going global”,the necessity and importance of due diligence in overseas mining and mergers are particularly prominent.This article takes a mining project in Zambia as the case analysis,and focus on the essentials of technical due diligence of foreign mining investment projects,in order to provide certain reference for Chinese enterprises to carry out overseas due diligence.
