摘要
论文针对目前国产化软硬件平台中缺乏可靠性测试方法的现状,提供了一种基于国产化软硬件平台的可靠性测试系统及方法,采用软硬件冗余技术、测试性设计技术和故障注入技术,实现了可靠性指标的量化,弥补了国产化软硬件平台可靠性测试的不足。通过试验,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In view of the current lack of reliability testing methods in the domestic software and hardware platforms,this paper provides a reliability test system and method based on the localized software and hardware platforms.By using software and hardware redundancy technology,testability design technology and fault injection technology have realized the quantification of reliability indicators and made up for the lack of reliability testing of domestic software and hardware platforms.Through the experiments,the feasibility and effectiveness of this method are verified.
