应用聚类分析与响应面法对毛竹材梯度结构理化性能分析

摘要 以毛竹材为研究对象,从竹黄至竹青逐层制备厚度为1 mm的薄竹篾,通过环境扫描电镜(ESEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)仪等对其梯度结构的力学性能、化学成分和维管束分布进行表征;利用聚类分析和响应面法对影响力学性能的主要因子进行研究。结果表明:竹黄至竹青的维管束占比逐渐增加,化学成分中纤维素和木质素质量分数增高3%和5%,半纤维素质量分数下降4%,纤维素结晶度呈先增后降并趋于稳定的变化规律。聚类分析毛竹材力学强度与化学成分和维管束分布存在线性关系,呈梯度分布;响应面分析各因素对毛竹材抗拉强度的影响顺序由大到小为维管束占比、结晶度值、木质素质量分数,且模型预测误差值低于1.83%,为竹基复合材料体系配比和结构设计的优化提供基础理论和科学依据。 The moso bamboo was served as the research object.Thin bamboo slivers with a thickness of 1 mm were prepared layer by layer from bamboo yellow to bamboo green.The mechanical properties,chemical composition and vascular bundle distribution of the gradient structure were characterized by environmental scanning electron microscope(ESEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)instruments.The main factors affecting the mechanical properties of thin bamboo slivers were further studied through thecluster analysis and response surface methodology.The proportion of vascular bundles from bamboo yellow to bamboo green gradually increased.The content of cellulose and ligninincreased by 3%and 5%while the content of hemicellulose decreased by 4%.The degree of cellulose crystallinity first increased,then decreased,and then tended to be stable.It was found bycluster analysis that the mechanical strength of bamboo had a linear relationship with the chemical composition and vascular bundle distribution,showed a gradient distribution trend.The contributions of lignin,crystallinity and vascular bundle distribution to mechanical strength were analyzed by response surface analysis.The influence of various factors on the tensile strength of mosobamboo in descending orderwasvascular bundle proportion,crystallinity value and lignin content.The model prediction error value was no higher than 1.83%,which provided the basic theory and scientific basis for the optimization of bamboo matrix composite system proportion and structure design.
