摘要
立足于区域能源互联网视角,从用户供电需求出发,探寻了风力机和储能电池接入场景下的协同优化调度方法。利用MPPT控制提高分布式能源发电效率,并选择用户峰谷负荷差为优化目标,依据负荷变化实时计算储能电池的充放电容量,实现区域内负荷曲线的削峰填谷,保障电网安全有序运行,并基于MATLAB验证了控制策略的可行性。
Based on the perspective of regional Energy Internet,considering the supply demand of clients,the coordinated regulation strategy between multiple sources under the access of both wind turbine and energy storage battery is explored in this paper.Firstly,MPPT method is adopted to maximize the power generation efficiency of wind turbine.Meanwhile,the difference between load peak and valley is taken as the optimization objective.The compensation capacity of the energy storage battery is dynamically calculated according to the real-time load change to realize peak cutting and valley filling of the regional load curve,and ensure the safe and orderly operation of the power system.Finally,the feasibility of the tactics is verified based on MATLAB.
