摘要
主泵零转速信号作为核电厂反应堆冷却剂泵的重要监测和控制信号,关乎主泵的安全稳定运行。结合主泵零转速测量原理,对某核电厂出现的零转速异常案例进行分析,结合电涡流传感器的工作原理及试验测试数据,找出引发异常的根本原因。为了提高转速传感器的工作稳定性,针对引发异常的原因提出了增加探头和泵轴凹凸面间的有效移动距离、修改转速机箱设置和优化安装规程、增强前置器的耐辐照性能的改进措施。
As an important monitoring and control signal of the reactor coolant pump in nuclear power plant,the zero speed signal of the main pump is related to the safe and stable operation of the main pump.Based on the principle of zero speed measurement of the main pump,the case of zero speed anomaly in a nuclear power plant is analyzed,and the root cause of the anomaly by combining the working principle of eddy current sensor and the test data in the laboratory is found out.In order to improve the working stability of the speed sensor,the improvement measures of increasing the effective moving distance between the probe and the concave and convex surface of the pump shaft,modifying the setting of the speed chassis and optimizing the installation procedures,and enhancing the radiation resistance of the proximitor are put forward for the cause of the abnormality.
