摘要 气体绝缘开关设备(GIS)内隔离开关开合小电流时会产生特快速暂态过电压(VFTO),其具有幅值高、波前时间短、频率高、多次连续脉冲等特点,会严重威胁GIS运行安全,损坏经油气套管直接连接的变压器绕组。VFTO特性是变电站内设备布置、绝缘配合的基础,也是GIS隔离开关设计的重要依据。建立准确的SF_(6)短间隙小电流电弧电阻模型是仿真研究的关键所在,分析比较当前常用的几种电弧电阻模型的优缺点,搭建基于Mayr黑盒模型原理的Mayr电弧模型并给出了相应的ATP-EMTP自定义模型代码。为了提高求解速度,利用欧拉公式结合等价无穷小替换的方法将一阶微分方程转化为代数运算,提高仿真计算效率。 Very fast transient overvoltage(VFTO)will be generated when GIS disconnector switching small current.It has the characteristics of high amplitude,short wave front time,high frequency and multiple continuous pulses,which will seriously threaten the operation safety of GIS and damage the transformer winding directly connected through oil-gas bushing.VFTO characteristic is not only the basis of equipment layout and insulation coordination in substation,but also an important basis for GIS disconnector design.The key of simulation research is to establish accurate SF_(6) short gap small current arc resistance model.The advantages and disadvantages of several arc resistance models are analyzed and compared,the Mayr arc model based on Mayr black box model principle is built,and the corresponding ATP-EMTP self-defined model code is given out.In order to improve the speed of solution,Euler formula combined with equivalent infinitesimal substitution method is used to transform the first-order differential equation into algebraic operation,which improves the efficiency of simulation.
