套管油中单氢气体在线监测系统研究

Research on Online Monitoring System of Single Hydrogen Gas in Casing Oil

针对套管油内溶解气体特点,对套管油中单氢气体含量在线监测系统进行研究。选择薄膜氢气传感器,无需脱气处理,可以直接对套管油中溶解氢气进行检测。采集信号通过信号处理单元和模数转换单元进行就地数字化处理。采集数据通过有线通信方式,上传到后台服务器,实现套管油中单氢气体的实时在线监测。该系统的研究设计,对保证套管的安全稳定运行具有重大的意义。

According to the characteristics of dissolved gas in casing oil,the online monitoring system of single hydrogen gas content in casing oil is studied in this paper.The thin film hydrogen sensor which can directly collect the dissolved hydrogen in casing oil without degassing is selected.The collected signal is digitized locally by signal processing unit and analog-to-digital conversion unit.The collected data is uploaded to the master PC through wired communication to realize real-time online monitoring of single hydrogen gas in casing oil.The research and design of this system is of great significance to ensure the safe and stable operation of casing.
