基于博弈策略的高渗透风电选址定容多目标规划与求解

摘要 针对风电高渗透接入电网时的选址和定容优化问题,提出了一种多目标优化规划模型,以及带博弈特性的差分进化算法。首先建立了考虑时序特性的风机出力模型,并根据负荷时序特性划分足够数量的场景,采用改进K-means聚类法对场景数量缩减;其次构建了考虑经济性和电网负载均衡度的风电规划多目标优化模型,在求解过程中设计了一种带贝叶斯博弈算子的差分进化算法。仿真结果表明了建立模型的有效性,以及算法在求解多目标模型时的优势。 Aiming at the optimization of location and constant capacity when wind power is highly penetrated into the grid,a multi-objective optimization planning model and a differential evolution algorithm with game characteristics are proposed.First,a wind turbine output model considering the timing characteristics is established.According to the characteristics of load time series,a sufficient number of scenes are divided,and the improved k-means clustering method is used to reduce the number of scenes.Secondly,a multi-objective optimization model of wind power planning considering economy and grid load balance is constructed,and a differential evolution algorithm with Bayesian game operator is designed in the process of solving.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the model and the advantages of the algorithm in solving multi-objective models.
