摘要 针对基于压缩感知处理电力线脉冲噪声过程中依赖稀疏度特性和脉冲噪声特征等问题,提出一种改进的稀疏度自适应正交匹配追踪(OMP)算法进行脉冲噪声抑制。该方法从空载子波上获取噪声数据作为观测向量,在噪声预处理过程中获得脉冲噪声的时间序列和自适应稀疏度,最后采用改进的OMP算法对脉冲噪声进行重构,将接收的信号减去重构的脉冲噪声便可得到信息数据。仿真结果表明,改进的稀疏度自适应OMP算法的性能更好;与普通的稀疏度自适应匹配追踪(SAMP)算法相比,在数据载波较少时,误码率更低,耗费时间更短,重构效率更高。 Aiming at the problem of dependence on sparsity and impulse noise characteristics in line impulse noise processing based on compressed sensing,an improved sparsity adaptive orthogonal matching pursuit(OMP)algorithm is proposed to suppress impulse noise.This method obtains noise data from the no-load wavelet as the observation vector,and obtains the time series and adaptive sparsity of impulse noise in the noise preprocessing process.Finally,the improved OMP algorithm is used to reconstruct the impulse noise,and the information data can be obtained by subtracting the reconstructed impulse noise from the received signal.Simulation results show that the performance of the improved sparse adaptive OMP algorithm is better.Compared with the common sparse adaptive matching pursuit(SAMP)algorithm,when the number of data carriers is small,the BER is lower,the consumption time is shorter,and the reconstruction efficiency is higher.
