Treatment of Oil Leakage in Cylinder Block Lead-Out Line of the Bush Temperature Measuring Element of Feedwater Pump Steam Turbine of 1000 MW Unit

根据潮州发电公司2×1000 MW机组给水泵汽轮机瓦温测量元件在轴承箱体引出线上存在的渗油问题,对其原因进行了分析,并制定了治理方案。设备治理后,消除了给水泵汽轮机高温区元件渗油带来的着火隐患,保证了机组的安全运行。

According to the Oil leakage problem of temperature measuring element of feed water pump turbine bush in outgoing line of bearing box of 2×1000 MW units in Chaozhou power generation company,the cause is analyzed and a treatment plan is formulated.After the equipment treatment,the hidden danger of ignition caused by oil leakage of components in high temperature zone of feed pump turbine is eliminated,and the safe operation of the unit is ensured.
