摘要
通过广泛了解、深入分析,对某电站3号、4号汽轮发电机端盖的原注胶方式进行了全面细致的分析,准确评估原注胶方式存在的不足和工业安全风险。经优化,使用了新型注胶枪和注胶逆止阀,从而提高了注胶效率,保证了注胶效果,避免了端盖密封局部失效导致漏氢的重大工业安全风险。
Through extensive understanding and in-depth analysis,the original injection method of the end cover of the 3 and 4 turbogenerators in a power station is analyzed in detail,and the shortcomings of the original injection method and the industrial safety risk are accurately evaluated.After optimization,a new glue injection gun and glue injection check valve are used to improve the efficiency of glue injection,ensure the effect of glue injection,and avoid the major industrial safety risks of hydrogen leakage caused by partial failure of the end cover seal.
