近年来由环境因素及人为因素导致的停电事件时有发生,较大程度地影响了电力用户的用电体验,甚至造成了经济损失。通过开发微信小程序,将大面积停电事件的监测、预防、处置、信息报送和后期处置建立一个标准化的模式。录入小程序的事件能按照标准化的模式逐步展示,具备简单易学、操作方便的优势,便于开展大面积停电应急演练,并在演练结束后可生成演练报告,以供运维人员随时调用、审查、参考。

In recent years,due to environmental factors and human factors,power outages have occurred from time to time,which has greatly affected the experience of power users and even caused great economic losses.In this paper,through the development of WeChat mini-programs,a standardized model will be established for the monitoring,prevention,handling,information reporting and post-treatment of large-scale power outages.The events entered into the mini program can be gradually displayed in a standardized mode,with the advantages of simple,easy to learn and convenient operation,which is convenient for carrying out large-scale power outage emergency drills.After the drill,the drill report can be made for operation and maintenance personnel to call,review and reference at any time.
