摘要 随着FF型总线仪表在电力、化工、冶金等行业的广泛推广及应用,若还是采用传统硬接线的方式进行控制、监视与故障处理,则无法充分发挥其功能化、数字化、智能化特点。结合FF型总线的特点及其方式,通过上层管理软件及逻辑构建,对现场智能化设备的标准化功能块进行远程诊断、控制、故障处理与数据分析。应用结果表明,基于FF型总线的功能块不但实现物理层面上链路与设备故障率、维修量的降低,而且实现对智能设备优化管理,显著提升了相关行业的数据化、信息化、智能化等自动化水平,提高了生产效率,降低了运行及人员的安全风险。 With the widespread promotion and application of FF bus meters in the power,chemical,metallurgical and other industries,if the traditional hard-wiring method is used for control,monitoring and fault handling,it will not be able to give full play to its functional,digital,and intelligent features.Combined with the characteristics and methods of the FF type bus,through the upper management software and logic construction,the remote diagnosis,control,fault processing and data analysis of the standardized function blocks of the on-site intelligent equipment are carried out.The application results show that it not only reduces the failure rate and maintenance amount of link and equipment on the physical level,but also optimizes the management of intelligent equipment,significantly improves the automation level of data,information and intelligence of related industries,and can significantly reduce the production efficiency and the safety risk of operation and personnel.
