医技护一体化急救设备质量控制管理模式研究

Research on the application of integrated quality control management mode of doctor-technician-nurse in the management of clinical emergency equipment

目的:探讨医技护一体化质量控制管理模式在临床急救设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院急诊科临床常用的280台急救设备,按照管理模式将其分为对照组(136台)和观察组(144台),对照组采用常规质量控制管理模式,观察组采用医技护一体化质量控制管理模式,按照选型配置、使用操作、维护维修和质量控制4项内容制定工作职责,采用风险指数(RI)动态评估设备电器安全(ES)、运行安全(OS)和性能质量(PQ)。采用医院自制满意度调研表,调研两组急救设备临床应用满意度,对比两组急救设备RI的差异性。结果:医护技人员对观察组设备临床服务质量、运行质量和管理模式的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.661,t=2.292,t=5.595;P<0.05);观察组急救设备ES、OS和PQ的RI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.652,t=4.411,t=3.611;P<0.05)。结论:医技护一体化质量控制管理模式能有效发挥医务人员之间的协同效应,降低急救设备临床应用风险,提高急救设备的运行质量和工作人员的业务能力。

Objective:To explore the application value of the integrated quality control management mode of medical,technology and nursing in the management of clinical emergency equipment.Methods:280 first aid equipment used in the emergency department of the hospital were selected and divided into control group(136 equipment)and observation group(144 equipment)according to the management mode.The control group adopted the conventional quality control management model,the observation group adopted the integrated quality control management mode of medical,technology and nursing.Work responsibilities were formulated in four aspects,namely,model selection and configuration,operation,maintenance and quality control.Risk index(RI)was used to dynamically evaluate equipment electrical safety(ES),operating safety(OS)and performance quality(PQ).The satisfaction of the two groups of first-aid equipment in clinical application was investigated by using self-made questionnaire,the difference of RI between the two groups was compared.Results:The satisfaction scores of doctors,technicians and nurses on clinical service quality,operation quality and management mode of the equipment in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.661,t=2.292,t=5.595,P<0.05);the RI of ES,OS and PQ in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.652,t=4.411,t=3.611,P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated quality control management mode of medical,technology and nursing can effectively play the synergy between medical staff,reduce the risk of clinical application of first-aid equipment,and improve the operation quality of first-aid equipment and the professional ability of staff.
