跨专业模式在影像大型仪器设备检查教学中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨护技联合跨专业模式在影像大型仪器设备检查护理操作教学中的应用与效果。方法:选取医院影像科实习的75名护生,将其随机分为观察组(38名)和对照组(37名)。观察组采用护技联合模式教学,由护理教学干事和影像技师承担影像大型仪器设备检查相关理论、操作步骤、护理常规及流程教学,共同完成对比剂致过敏性休克急救情景模拟教学。对照组按照影像大型仪器设备检查常规教学方法,由护理教学干事完成相同教学任务。自制教学满意度调查问卷对两组教学模式8项内容的满意度进行评价,对比两组护生理论、操作与情景模拟考核成绩。结果:观察组理论、操作和情景模拟考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.34,t=3.27,t=3.05;P<0.05);观察组护生的教学模式8项内容满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.13,t=10.261,t=18.04,t=10.24,t=11.67,t=12.81,t=5.69,t=7.66;P<0.05)。结论:护技联合跨专业模式应用于影像大型仪器设备检查操作护理教学,能提升影像护理临床教学质量及护生满意度。 Objective:To explore the application and effect of joint nursing and medical technician interdisciplinary model in the teaching of nursing operation of large imaging equipment examination.Methods:A total of 75 nursing students in imaging department were selected and randomly divided into observation group(38 students)and control group(37 students).The observation group adopted the joint nursing and medical technician teaching model,with the nursing teaching officer and imaging technicians undertook the teaching of the theory,operation steps,nursing routine and process related to the inspection of large-scale imaging equipment,and jointly completed the simulation teaching of the first aid situation of anaphylactic shock induced by contrast agent.The control group adopted conventional teaching method of large imaging equipment examination of the nursing teaching officer completed the same teaching tasks.The self-made teaching satisfaction questionnaire was used to evaluate the teaching satisfaction,and the results of theory,operation and scenario simulation of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results:The scores of theory,operation and scenario simulation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.34,t=3.27,t=3.05,P<0.05);the satisfaction of 8 items of teaching model of nursing students in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.13,t=10.261,t=18.04,t=10.24,t=11.67,t=12.81,t=5.69,t=7.66,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of joint nursing and medical technician interdisciplinary model in the nursing teaching of large imaging equipment examination can improve the quality of clinical teaching of imaging nursing and the satisfaction of nursing students.
