摘要
目的了解我国各省2012-2018年孕产妇保健工作质量情况,为决策者制定相关政策以及提高我国孕产妇保健工作质量提供参考依据。方法应用TOPSIS法对2012-2018年全国各省孕产妇保健工作质量进行综合评价。结果 TOPSIS法评价结果显示,孕产妇保健工作质量较好的省份多为经济发达的沿海省份,而中西部地区孕产妇保健工作质量相对较差。结论 TOPSIS法应用于孕产妇保健工作质量的综合评价结果客观简单易行。
Objective To understand the quality of maternal health care in 31 provinces of China from 2012 to 2018, provide a reference basis for policy makers to formulate relevant policies and improve the quality of maternal health care in China. Methods The quality of maternal health care in provinces of China from 2012 to 2018 were evaluated comprehensively with TOPSIS method. Results TOPSIS method evaluation result showed that the provinces with better maternal health care were mostly economically developed regions in coastal China, while the central and western regions had relatively poor maternal health care. Conclusion Comprehensive evaluation of the quality of maternal health care in 31 provinces of China with TOPSIS method is objective and simple.
