绵阳市年轻男男性行为者一般自我效能感及影响因素分析

Analysis on general Self-efficacy and influencing factors among young men who have sex with men in Mianyang

目的了解年轻男男性行为者(YMSM)一般自我效能感现状,分析影响因素。方法用"滚雪球"抽样法,对四川省绵阳市YMSM进行一般自我效能感等问卷调查和血清学检测。结果有效问卷337份,一般自我效能感平均(2.52±0.542)分,HIV、梅毒检测是否阳性的一般自我效能感得分差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。多因素分析显示:文化程度、外省户籍、月收入、近1年接受预防服务、近6个月知晓性伴健康、近6个月肛交安全套使用频率与一般自我效能感得分呈正相关,近6个月肛交人数、近6个月与女性间的性行为与一般自我效能感得分呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论 YYMSM一般自我效能感较低,自我效能感受多种因素影响,提高其自我效能感对降低高危行为作用明显,对艾滋病防治具重要性。

Objective To investigate the general self-efficacy and analyze the influencing factors of young men who have sex with men(YMSM).Methods Snowball sampling,a cross-sectional survey of general self-efficacy,and serological tests on YMSM were carried out in Mianyang,Sichuan Province.Results 337 valid questionnaires,were gathered with an average self-efficacy as(2.52±0.542),There were no significant difference appeared in general selfefficacy scores of HIV and syphilis testings(all P>0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that factors as education level,monthly income,provincial household registration,self-acceptance score,nearly six months of knowing sex with health,almost one year of receiving preventive services,nearly six months of anal sex condom use frequency,and general selfefficacy score etc.were positively correlated.However,risk awareness,the number of anal sex in the last six months and available self-efficacy score were negatively correlated(all P <0.05).Conclusion The general self-efficacy of YMSM was not high and the score was affected by many factors.Our findings showed that the general self-efficacy was more likely to generate high-risk sexual behavior and increased risk of HIV infection which all called for improvement to be made.
