Development on methods for HIV surveillance among target populations and its implication to practice in China

哨点监测作为艾滋病监测工作的重要组成之一,是获取艾滋病流行趋势的关键手段。监测人群的选择和设置是其顺利开展的重要环节。本文对当前各类艾滋病重点人群的哨点监测方法进行综述,展示各个国家、不同人群哨点监测在监测方法上的异同。从而为我国在未来工作中适应新的流行形势、完善监测方法,最终获得准确、灵敏的监测结果提供参考。

As one of the essential parts of HIV surveillance,sentinel surveillance stood a vital way to track HIV epidemic trends.The core components in HIV surveillance relied on the selection and setting of targeted populations.This review summarized the methods of HIV sentinel surveillance currently used,the similarities and disparities in surveillance methods for different countries and by each population,to provide a reference for us to adapt to the new HIV epidemic in future work,improve the processes of HIV surveillance and finally obtain accurate and sensitive results in this country.
