小青龙汤加减治疗对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿症状改善及肺功能的影响

Impact of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction on symptoms improvement and lung function in children with cough variant asthma

目的探讨小青龙汤加减对咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿中医症候及肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月—2020年6月北京中医药大学深圳医院(龙岗)收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组加用小青龙汤加减治疗,患儿均持续治疗2周。比较2组患儿治疗前后证候(主症、次症)积分、肺功能指标[包括第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大呼气流速(PEF)],观察2组患儿治疗期间食欲不振、恶心、鼻咽部干燥等不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组患儿主症积分、次症积分及FEV1、PEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿主症积分、次症积分低于对照组,FEV1、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗后主症积分、次症积分均分别低于本组治疗前,FEV1、PEF均分别高于本组治疗前(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗期间不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减治疗可有效改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿的临床症状及肺功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the impact of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction on symptoms improvement and lung function in children with cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 100 cases of cough variant asthma treated in Shenzhen Hospital,Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Longgang)from June 2018 to June 2020,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the observation group was treated with modified Xiaoqinglong decoction,both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Syndrome(main symptom,secondary symptom)score,lung function(FEV1,PEF)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference of scores of main symptom,secondary symptom and FEV1,PEF between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,scores of main symptom,secondary symptom in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,FEV1,PEF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the two groups,scores of main symptom,secondary symptom after treatment were lower than those before treatment,FEV1,PEF were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiaoqinglong decoction can effectively improve the symptoms and lung function in children with cough variant asthma,and with high safety.
