迷迭香精油微乳剂对茶树主要害虫及天敌的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Rosemary Essential Oil Micro-emulsion on Main Insect Pests and Natural Enemy in Tea Garden

摘要 【目的】探明迷迭香精油对茶园主要害虫茶小绿叶蝉、茶棍蓟马的防除效果及对其天敌茶园蜘蛛的影响,为迷迭香资源的开发利用和建设绿色生态茶园提供技术支撑。【方法】采用检叶法研究喷施20%迷迭香精油微乳剂500倍、750倍、1000倍液后茶小绿叶蝉、茶棍蓟马和茶园蜘蛛虫口密度的动态变化,并计算防治效率。【结果】随着稀释倍数增加,茶小绿叶蝉及茶棍蓟马的防效呈下降趋势,500倍液在喷施第7天对茶小绿叶蝉及茶棍蓟马的防治效率分别达64.49%和55.10%;对茶园蜘蛛的伤害率为7.61%,显著低于化学农药联苯菊酯乳油(48.37%)和乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂(64.44%)。【结论】在茶树叶蝉和蓟马危害初期,可使用20%的迷迭香精油乳剂500倍液进行防治;迷迭香精油乳剂可作为植物源农药进行开发利用。 【Objective】The effects of rosemary essential oil on control of Empoasca pirisuga and Dendrothrips minowai and damage rate of tea spider in tea garden are studied to provide the technical support for development and utilization of rosemary resources and construction of green ecological tea garden.【Method】The dynamic change of population density of E.pirisuga,D.minowai and tea spider in tea garden after spraying 20%rosemary essential oil micro-emulsion×500 times,750 times and 1000 times is analysed by the leaf inspection method to calculate their control efficiency.【Result】The control effect of E.pirisuga and D.minowai shows a declining trend with increase of dilution ratio and the control rate of E.pirisuga and D.minowai in tea garden after spraying 20%rosemary essential oil micro-emulsion×500 times is 64.49%and 55.10%respectively on 7 th day,but the damage rate of tea spider is 7.61%,significantly lower than Bifenthrin emulsion(48.37%)and Ethylspinosad suspension(64.44%).【Conclusion】20%rosemary essential oil micro-emulsion×500 times can be sprayed in tea garden at the early damage stage to control E.pirisuga and D.minowai.The rosemary essential oil emulsion should be used as a botanical pesticide for its development and utilization.
