摘要
课堂变革实则是一个系统工程,但针对系统性课堂变革的研究并不多。本研究以扎根理论为方法论指导,立足江浙地区,通过对10位初中优质学校校长的深度访谈以及数据处理和分析,建构了课堂变革模型,以回应全面提质背景下初中学校是如何实现课堂变革的。该模型包括价值取向、教师动机、变革抓手、专业促进、路径创新、以评促改6个核心要素,教师动机处于中心,突出了课堂变革的整体性、系统性和生态性。为此,建议相关学校瞄准课堂变革的六个核心要素,系统推进学校的课堂变革。
classroom change is actually a systematic project,but there are few studies on systematic classroom change.Under the guidance of grounded theory and based on Jiangsu and Zhejiang,through in-depth interviews with 10 principals of high-quality junior middle schools and their data processing and analysis,this study constructs a classroom change model to respond to how junior middle schools realize classroom change under the background of comprehensive quality improvement.The model includes six core elements:value orientation,teacher motivation,change grasp,professional promotion,path innovation and promoting reform with evaluation.Teacher motivation is at the center,highlighting the integrity,systematism and ecology of classroom reform.Therefore,it is suggested that relevant schools aim at the six core elements of classroom reform and systematically promote school classroom reform.
