摘要
长久以来,加拿大安大略省作为教育强省、大省,教育水平始终居于世界前列。安省高中教育作为受教育者继初等教育之后的一种深化,是少数几个将高中学生划分为"实践应用"和"学术取向"的省份,这表明以安大略为代表的注重"教育大众均衡化"的国家尽可能地履行教育机会均等的公共服务义务,也意味着安省更好地体现了公民教育的个性化,从而完成了整个社会系统加速度的优化提升。2020年6月中旬,安大略省教育部表示自2021年秋季学期起,将在九年级停止高中教育的分流模式。该政策犹如一石激起千层浪,引发了安省学者与公众的广泛反应。安省高中教育自上个世纪以来经历了"分流-去分流"的发展过程,显示出该省教育理念得到螺旋式的深化,也意味着西方当代教育呈现出了多极化、多维度的价值取向。
For a long time in Ontario,Canada,as education strong province,has always been one of the world’s top,Ontario high school education as a pedagogue after elementary education deepening education,to enter high school students are divided into practical application and academic direction provinces,shows that represented by Canada pay attention to the countries of"equalization"education public performance to the public as much as possible to provide the education equality of opportunity of this kind of public service obligations,also means a better realization of citizen education"equality",So as to complete the optimization of the acceleration of the whole social system.In June 2020,the Ontario Ministry of Education announced that it would stop diverting high school student,triggering a wave of reactions from academics and the public.Therefore,to learn from Ontario’s experience will be helpful for our country to better complete the transformation of high school education paradigm.
