摘要
从体育培训市场供给端与需求端分析新冠肺炎疫情给体育培训业带来的危机与机遇。研究认为:健身需求难以满足、体育消费能力下降、机构运营举步维艰、培训实施场景受限、外部环境新变化,是疫情给体育培训业带来的危机。全民健康意识得以增强、线上生活习惯逐步养成、体育精神文化需求愈发旺盛、新业态新模式迅速发展、线上线下深度融合、体育政策红利充分释放,是疫情给体育培训业带来的机遇。疫情后体育培训业的应对策略为:刺激体育消费、引领行业增长,引入智能产品、实现行业科技化,拓展线上教学、灵活设计课程,维护师资稳定、重塑行业信心,构建创新体系、开拓多元市场。
The paper analyzes the crisis and opportunities brought by the COVID-19 to the sports training industry from the supply sides and demand sides of the sports training market.According to the research,the epidemic has brought the crisis to the sports training industry,such as the unsatisfied demand for fitness,the decline of sports consumption,the difficulty in the operation of institutions,the limited training implementation scenarios,and the new changes in the external environment.The epidemic also has brought about opportunities to the sports training industry,such as the increased public health awareness,gradual development of online lifestyle habits,growing demand for sports spirit and culture,rapid development of new formats and new models,deep integration of online and offline activities,and full release of sports policy dividends.The paper propose strategies for the sports training industry after the epidemic such as stimulatingthe sports consumption,leading the growth of the industry,introducing the intelligent products,realizing the industry technology,expanding the online teaching,flexibly designing the courses,maintaining the stability of the teachers,rebuilding the confidence of the industry,building an innovation system and exploiting the diversified markets.
