摘要 为落实食品类专业立德树人的教育目标,提出在专业课程教学中融入思政元素。文章基于"食品添加剂应用与检测技术"课程的特点,设置课程思政目标,设计课程思政教学内容,将文化自信、诚信教育、法制意识、创新教育、工匠精神等思政元素有机融入专业课程。采用线上线下混合式教学方法,开展课后调研,改革教学评价模式,充分发挥"食品添加剂应用与检测技术"课程思政的育人功能,实现思政教育与专业教育的有机统一。 In order to implement the education goal of moral education for food majors, it is proposed to integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching of specialty courses. Based on the characteristics of the curriculum "food additive application and detection technology", this paper sets up the curriculum ideology and politics objectives, designs the curriculum ideology and politics teaching content, and organically integrates the ideological and political elements such as cultural confidence, integrity education, legal awareness, innovation education, the spirit of workmanship and so on into the professional course. The online and offline mixed teaching methods are adopted to carry out after-class research, reform the teaching evaluation mode, give full play to the curriculum ideology and politics education function of "food additive application and detection technology", and realize the organic unity of ideological and political education and professional education.
