基于行动研究法的高职院校现代学徒制人才培养模式探索

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship System in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Action Research Method

现代学徒制是高职院校深化产教融合、加强校企合作、创新人才培养模式和提高人才培养质量的有效机制。审视高职院校人才培养过程,存在产教未实现深度融合,企业参与人才培养积极性较低,人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧不能完全适应等问题。因此,针对高职院校校企合作存在的问题,以马克思主义实践观为基础,尝试在无锡工艺职业技术学院财务管理专业开展现代学徒制人才培养模式实践研究,探究校企融合提高人才培养质量的方法与策略。研究结果表明:现代学徒制模式不仅注重学生职业技能传承,而且更注重学生工匠精神的培养与精益求精习惯的养成,实现了对学生德行、能力双重培养的目标。

Modern apprenticeship system is an effective mechanism for higher vocational colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, innovate the talent training mode and improve the quality of talent training. In the process of talent training in higher vocational colleges, there are some problems, such as the lack of deep integration of industry and education, the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in talent training, and the incomplete adaptation of the supply side of talent training and industrial demand side. Therefore, in view of the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges, based on the Marxist practice view, this paper tries to carry out practical research on modern apprenticeship system talent training mode in the financial management major of Wuxi Vocational Institute of Arts & Technology, in order to explore methods and strategies for improving the quality of talent training through school-enterprise integration. The results show that the modern apprenticeship system model not only pays attention to the inheritance of students’ vocational skills, but also pays more attention to the cultivation of students’ spirit of workmanship and the cultivation of the habit of excellence, which realizes the goal of dual cultivation of students’ morality and ability.
